Time Get off my Butt!!!

I gave myself about 10 days off. I was just starting to get used to it! Going home and sleazin' on the couch all night. But the other night I took a peak at some of the events I wanted to train for and realized my vacation is over.

I decided to repeat running in the Heart Mini as the running really helped my fitness and strength last year. I am planning to race the Cohutta 100 as well so I am going to get a ton of base miles this year.

I don't really know exactly what I am doing when I set up my training schedule but find at least it gives me a structure. The big thing I have to remind myself is not to overtrain like last year!
